• Advising Ocean Development JSC on its Highway 18 (section: Bac Ninh – Ha Long) BOT contract with the Ministry of Transportation. • Giving advices on the legal issues for signing and performing BOT contract for BOT Bien Cuong JSC that is Leader of consortium of investors (Cong Thanh Transportation Investment & Construction Corporation JSC and Phuong Thanh Transportation Investment & Construction Corporation JSC) established to implement Ha Long – Van Don Express Highway Project Renovation and Upgrading of Highway 18 Project, section: Halong – Mong Duong following BOT form. The total investment is over 13,988 billion VND.

• Advising Vietnam Northern Food Corporation (VINAFOOD1) on legal issues relating to site clearance, benefit for labours in case of moving Luong Yen car-park; negotiation and signing business cooperation contract to perform the Complex Building at No.3 Luong Yen (Hanoi)  With Sungroup Group The total investment is over 3,500 billion VND.

• Advising Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VIETCOMBANK) on legal issues related to the financing for “Granite Thach Ban ceramic factory” project in Bac Giang. The total investment is over 800 billionVND.

• Advising the owner of a series of luxurious restaurants and real estate projects in Hanoi – La Vong Group in: Premium Urban Area at Thang Long Revenue, Dai Mo Urban area (South Tu Liem), Xa La Urban Area (Ha Dong) and Nhue River 1 (Ha Dong).. The total investment is over 10,000 billionVND.

• Advising Ocean Financial Investment and Construction Group – the investor and capital contributor on legal issues in a number of projects such as South An Khanh, Song Bac Hydropower, 131 Thai Ha Building, Nguyen Quyen Villas and luxury housing (Bac Ninh), Ban Co Hotel (Hanoi), Cau Dat wind electricity project… The total investment is over 10,000 billionVND.
• Advising G5 Investment and Property Management Joint Stock Company to invest in a 500 billion project of offices and apartments in Tay Ho (Hanoi) with Dai Chau Group Joint Stock Company.

• Advising Vinh Hanh General Services and Trading Joint Stock Company on legal issues related to the operation of Tu Hiep Plaza project in Thanh Tri (Hanoi). The total investment is over 1,000 billion VND.

• Advising the Golden Villas Company Limited on capital contribution and investment in Hotel Complex (25-storey) at No.2 Tay Ho, Quang An, Hanoi. The total investment is over 1,000 billionVND.

• Advising Sai Gon – Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company on capital transfer and investment to perform The Northern Island of Cam Ranh tourist resort in Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa. The total investment is over 1,000 billionVND.

• Advising Ngoi Nha Moi Trading Joint Stock Company on a BT contract signed with People’s Committee of Long Bien District (authorized by Hanoi People’s Committee) to operate the local sewer systemrenovation  and construction project. The total investment is over 610 billion VND.

• Advising VINAFOOD1 on assigning the Rice Processing Factory in Cho Moi, An Giang. The net value is over 100 billions VND.

• Advising VINAFOOD1 on assigning the Agricultural Processing Factory in Binh Dinh. The net value is over 80 billions VND.
• Advising Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company on legal issues related to Bidding documents of Package 2: Supply of steel poles for 230KV lines from Xekaman1 hydropower plant (Laos) to Vietnam.

• Advising Au Viet International Trade Investment Corporation on assigning property and investment rights contributed to Casino trading at The First Hotel (HCMC) with Saigon Tourist Company and New Ocean Co. Vietnam.
