This business field is quite new in Vietnam. However, Black & White lawyer advised venture capital Funds, startup business of the legal issues from every stages. Moreover, lawyers of Black & White are supporting the Executive Board of Project “Commercialization of technology modeled after Silicon Valley in Vietnam” of Ministry of Science and Technology in the field of venture capital; This project’s goal is to create a system consisting of start-ups trained to upgrade their main products and to be conveyed secret business by advisers from the Silicon Valley (USA) in order to attract venture capital to build a successful business system.
