When the economy of Vietnam integrates into the world economy, civil and economic transactions become more and more active, developed. Furthermore, litigation and other dispute settlement methods have become an important part of Black & White’s areas of practice. Our barristers have debated in many cases, especially in commerce.

Especially, Black & White is promoting some litigation works, justification for the lower social classes who have complaint in investigation procedures, prosecution… with the purpose to approach to a social justice and democracy.
